1. Media contents will take the industry by storm

- Power and Influence over texts or written content.

- Search for a news and you will be amazed to find out a Facebook posts or Tweets. Google already gave Facebook and Twitter a handshake on this. So, if you are not in the social media in Dubai, you are actually nowhere.
- To be precise, social media posts will have similar value to that of a web page.
3. Mobile optimization is very important
- Optimizing your website for mobile is very important, in simple terms your website should be equally good in the mobile phones, with auto-fit, no-annoying app interstitials and with good usability.
- Not just because of the increasing number of mobile users, but also because Google will pull your site down otherwise. Google and some other search engines degrade the rankings of the websites that are not responsive.
4. Long tail search keywords will become popular
- When we think of eating a pizza at the corniche, the query we type in Google will be something like this- “ Pizza Corniche” short and sweet. Whereas, “ Eat pizza at Corniche” would be a long tail keyword.
- Why would they become popular?
- Samsung Voice, Google’s Voice now, Apple’s Siri….
- So goes the name of E-assistants. They are becoming more and more popular in delivering more and more long tail keywords to the search engines. You can not take them lightly anymore.
5. Apps will become an equivalent to the website
- Right now apps are considered to be the less functional and crippled version of the website that we cannot even zoom into. And all thanks to those- Download our App (or we keep popping up) app advertisements, that made us hate them more.
- Anyhow, things are going to change for the apps. You might already know that search engines do index apps. The social media in Dubai can now benefit by linking to page or section of the Apps.
6. Local search will be more precisioned
- Before reading, let me tell you that this is purely a prediction. Local search indexes of search engines may even get better because of the increase in wearables and mobile devices. Searching maybe made possible based on your street or block and this may also affect the rankings.
