Drone- the usual name for the unmanned aerial vehicle. A vehicle which is driven by its pilot, but the pilot is not on board. It is flown by remote controls or computers or its flight can also be scheduled for a fixed time and route. Drones are widely used today for surveillance, inspection and also for bomb detection. It can do many useful things like tracking of the mobile phone conversations, finding odds in the city, some people even use it domestically for sprinkling pesticides in their agricultural produce. Yep, it can cause a complete breach of privacy, but luckily not everybody is authorized to do that. Domestic drones have been posing privacy questions lately. It is also widely used by in the media and events industry for rare angled media shots, video shooting, etc. Plenty of toy drones are available in the market today. Anyhow, unlike toy drones, the real ones are not only heavier, but also difficult to pilot and needs prior training.
Although the drones are unmanned aircraft, they need an airport. Very soon the first commercial airport for the drones will be set up by the Aerodrome. The city of Boulder, Nevada and Aerodrome is working together on the first commercial port for the drones. This airport is named as the Eldorado Drone port.
Support functions like maintenance, training and yet others for the drone industry and for the individual pilots are on their plan list. The airport will be complete on its construction within a year or two. Currently, it is operating on a five-acre in the City of Boulder.
