On March 9 Apple held its first presentation this year and presented the new product Apple Watch. New smart watch has different modifications and two body sizes – 38 and 42 mm. The classical model made from stainless steel can be accompanied with the leather, plastic or steel band. Depending on the chosen band the price range for the 38mm Apple Watch is from $549 to $1049.
The price range for a bigger watch is $599 to $1099. For those who prefer sports style Apple offers the smart watch model made of more durable anodized aluminum and Ion-X glass. These materials in combination with fluoroplastic band make the sports model 30% lighter than classic one. Price for the sports model is also lower – from $349 to $399. The classical and sports collections of smart watch is followed by the luxury collection Apple Watch Edition. The price for the watch made of pink and yellow gold with the sapphire crystal screen will be set from $10 000 to $17 000.
As previously stated Apple Watch will display different items depending on the screen pressing power. The device is able to display such information as weather, world time and alarm in different design settings. Apple smart watch supports the messenger and reminder function. Like other Apple model devices the smart watch has the application to follow the users’ physical activity. AppStore already offers various applications for the Apple Watch.
Smart watch is compatible with the latest iPhone models – iPhone 5 and above. The Apple Watch claims to have 18-hour battery life. New devices will go on sale on April 24th in the USA, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Germany, Honkong, France and the United Kingdom.
