1C:Enterprise development in the UAE
1C that speaks English and Arabic and knows UAE VAT
Custom 1C:Enterprise 8.3 configurations, UAE e-invoicing readiness, integrations and hosting in UAE data centres. For companies that run their accounting in 1C and report to the FTA.
Why companies come to us
We make 1C the single place where documents are created, VAT is calculated and reports come out ready for the auditor.
The accountant works in 1C, the auditor wants IFRS reports
Standard Russian configurations do not produce a Trial Balance, Balance Sheet or Aging report the way a UAE auditor expects.
E-invoicing is coming and 1C is not ready for it
From 2027 every B2B invoice must go through an accredited provider in a structured format. A 1C base that only prints PDFs will not pass.
Invoices are made in Excel, then entered into 1C
Double work, lost TRNs, invoices that do not match the VAT return at the end of the quarter.
What we do
1C work that is specific to the UAE
Accounting configuration for the UAE
Chart of accounts for IFRS reporting, Tax Invoice, Credit Note, payments, expenses, journal entries, multi-currency, all seven emirates in reference data.
VAT and corporate tax
VAT calculation module, reverse charge, partially deductible expenses, VAT return figures, audit file. Fields for TRN and trade licence.
Reports auditors accept
Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Statement of Account, Aging, Day Book, Equity Changes. Exported to Excel and PDF.
E-invoicing integration
Structured invoice data from 1C to an accredited service provider (ASP): validation, sending, status back in 1C. Master data cleaned up before go-live: TRNs, VAT categories, item codes.
Custom modules
Commission accounting for brokers, project costing, warehouse, CRM on the 1C platform. Developed in 1C:EDT with version control and tests.
Web client and mobile
Your configuration opens in a browser, so staff work from any office or from home, with a VPN and access rights.
1C hosting in the UAE
1C server and SQL cluster in Azure UAE North or on your own servers, backups every two hours, kept in two emirates.
Integrations
Bank statements, payroll and WPS files, online stores, CRM and an HR system. Exchange by API or files on a schedule.
Support
Platform updates, monitoring, user questions and small changes under one monthly agreement.

How the project goes
Audit of the current base
We look at your configuration, documents and reports, and list what the FTA and the auditor need that is missing.
Specification and estimate
A short written scope with screens, reports and a fixed price for the first stage.
Development and test data
We develop on a copy of your base and run a closed month on it. You see the real numbers before anything changes.
Launch, training, support
Switch on a chosen date, training for accountants, and our 1C developer available during the first quarter close.
Who it is for
- Trading and service companies that already keep books in 1C and need VAT and auditor-ready reports.
- Brokers, agents, consultants with commission accounting that standard configurations do not cover.
- Companies preparing for e-invoicing with the 2027 deadlines ahead and a 1C base that needs structured invoice data.
Tell us what your 1C cannot do yet
A screenshot of the report your auditor asked for, or the invoice you build in Excel, is enough to start. We reply within one business day.
