HR system for companies in the UAE
Visas, payroll, WPS and timesheets without fines and Excel
We build an HR and payroll system around how your company works: UAE labour law, WPS files, document expiry, attendance from terminals and payslips your staff can open on their phone.
Does this sound familiar?
With the system every one of these turns into a reminder, a button or a report that is ready in the morning.
A visa expired and nobody noticed
Passports, Emirates IDs, labour cards and insurance live in different folders. A missed date costs a fine and a stopped employee.
Payroll takes three days every month
Attendance comes from the terminal, overtime from a manager's WhatsApp, fines from a notebook. Then everything is copied into Excel and into the bank file.
Gratuity is a surprise
An employee leaves and the final settlement is calculated by hand on the last day. Each HR person counts it differently.
What is inside
One system from offer letter to final settlement
Hiring and visa stages
A candidate moves through offer, visa, medical, Emirates ID and labour card. HR sees who is stuck and where.
Employee card
Contacts, documents, job history, salary changes and loans in one place, with approvals and a change log.
Attendance and timesheet
Punches from biometric terminals, shifts, night shifts, overtime at 1.25x and 1.5x, Ramadan hours and public holidays.
Leave and requests
Annual, sick, unpaid, comp-off. Balances follow UAE law. Managers approve from their email in one click.
Payroll and WPS
Monthly inputs, draft, approval, posting. SIF file for the bank and payslips for staff. Every line shows how it was calculated.
Documents and expiry
Visas, passports, insurance and licences with reminders before they expire, so renewals are planned, not urgent.
Letters in one click
Salary certificate, NOC, employment and experience letters on your letterhead, filled from the employee card.
Reports for the owner
Headcount, salary register, leave and gratuity liabilities, probation ending, birthdays. Export to Excel.
Roles and self-service
Administrator, HR, manager, employee. Each sees only what they should. Two-factor sign-in. Staff open their own payslips and balances.

How the project goes
We look at how you work now
Two or three meetings with HR and accounting: your policies, pay structure, terminals, bank. We write down what the system must do.
We bring your data in
Employees, salary history, leave balances and old attendance files are imported, so day one starts with history, not a blank screen.
A parallel month
Payroll runs in the new system and in the old way for one month. Differences are explained line by line before you switch.
Go live and support
Training for HR and managers, a guide for employees, and our team on the phone for the first payroll runs.
Who it is for
- Companies with 20 to 500 employees where HR still lives in spreadsheets and the owner wants to see the numbers without asking.
- Restaurants, clinics, retail, services shift work, many nationalities, staff who come and go, tips and service charge.
- Groups with several legal entities one login, separate companies, consolidated reports.
See the system on your own data
Send us a staff list, even an anonymised one, and we will show a demo with your departments, shifts and pay structure.
